3 The Elms

This is a spacious and very well equipped and furnished flat. It is in an extremely convenient location for access to St Ives shopping and restaurants. The on site parking is a real bonus for such a central and busy location. I highly recommend this offering.

We were really impressed with our accommodation. It had its own parking space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were only minutes from the harbour, a pocket park, and the shops and cafes.

Absolutely stunning appartment with central St Ives location. Modern luxurious furnishings and the most comfortable beds! Hosts were impeccable with their communication and allowed us an earlier check in and accomdated us parking for a few hours after check out, which was most appreciated. I would highly recommend 3 The Elms and we will definitely be back!

Lovely flat in very convenient position with a parking space Positive: Spacious and comfortable ground floor flat. Very clean, well equipped and well maintained property. Very convenient location with its own parking space Negative: No "view " and Slightly scruffy patio area with dead leaves and rubbish around plus it needed weeding. Not awful, but a contrast to the lovely interior. The property is next to a footpath to a small park which seemed to attract groups of noisy folk quite late on a couple of evenings - not the fault of the property and a sign said the park was supposed to be closed at sundown!
